When you contact us, we receive your name, email, optional company and message to respond and manage our conversation. Our hosting and security services process technical details, such as your IP address, browser and request times, to operate and protect the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance without analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies when needed.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Our enquiry services use Resend and Google Workspace for email and may store correspondence with Cloudflare. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only as needed for the conversation, relevant business records or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
