Why I built Vecreal.
I spent years managing construction projects across Canada, for GCs and as an owner-side PM: labs, tenant fit-outs, hospitals, schools, high-rises, complex renovations and mission-critical infrastructure. I know what it means to carry a job with too many moving parts, too much scattered context, and decisions that still demand sound judgement.
I’ve also built and led a 14-person financial infrastructure software company, so I understand how serious software is built, deployed, secured, adopted and improved. I led its firm-wide AI implementation, putting AI into workflows across the company.
That combination is why I am building Vecreal: to help PMs and leadership teams turn project knowledge into an asset the firm retains and compounds.
