Calder Pools sent a claim letter saying heaters are outside §3.7. Pull the contract clause and check CO 150 — I thought we added heaters there.

You’re right: CO 150 r2 §A.4 expressly added the heater package and $84K, signed by Calder Pools’ PM on 2026-04-22. §3.7 reads “pool circulation equipment” — genuinely ambiguous on heating, but the CO supersedes by date and explicit scope.

We received your letter dated 2026-05-09 on the heater package and your position that it falls outside SC-13-11-00 §3.7. The governing instrument is CO 150 r2 §A.4, executed 2026-04-22, which expressly adds the heater package to Calder Pools scope at $84,000.
